Learning and teaching from home is now the new norm. Now that we have been given the green light to teach from home on remote learning, I am trying my best to find ways to engage my students and make this process as easy and comfortable as possible for everyone especially my students. We all know how much, interaction and daily engagement means for all of children so, I would love to build more engaging/ interactive opportunities and lessons for my students. I want to assist them in their learning from home, as best as I can. Better technology is something that would help keep up with digital learning and all new demands. My students deserve interaction and a comfortable education. My students are from Jersey City, NJ. Some students them come from low income, limited English speaking households and sometimes struggle with all that is asked during remote learning. I would love to help and improve on more engagement with my students along with parents! I want to build new types of lessons, but I sometimes struggle with outdated equipment. This project for better technology would help with communication and video teach my students using live sessions with more interaction . It would also help me create more exciting and creative lessons for my students while they are working from home each day! Technology and better equipment is key right now in providing a good education, communication and an opportunity for all students to learn on a higher level, no matter where they are working from!
