Last year my students had the opportunity to engage in some stem activities before covid hit. I loved being able to watch my students work together and use their creativity and problem solving skills. My goal for this year is to have several stem activities available for each student to work on daily throughout the week. Each week they will rotate and then be able to engage in a new fun learning activity in which they can increase their problem solving skills. Each activity will be separated into individual containers which will then be cleaned at the end of each week. This is how we will try to reduce the spread of covid in my classroom. The block rug will also help me with social distancing and keeping students safe.
