By giving our 58 students access to these math manipulatives, they will be able to have better access to the curriculum just as if they were in the classroom. Our students don鈥檛 always have access to simple things like dice or a deck of cards and by giving them these math bags learning can be made easier for both student and parent while we are distance learning.
This project will lessen the stress for parents to find these manipulatives. My co-teacher and I can better serve our community by not having to worry that students are unable to fully participate due to a lack of manipulatives as they would have in our classrooms.
