My main goal for flexible seating is to allows my students to be able to social distance in a comfortable, more relaxed way and not feel like they are being alienated from their teacher or classmates. This also lets the students take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Students become noticeably more engaged in their work and less disruptive to their peers when they are given a choice of where to work and when they feel comfortable in their environment. These products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices. They will also allow my students to be able to spread out and maintain the acceptable social distancing needed in the classroom and will help them feel safer during this pandemic.
