Students learn basic math skills such as counting, measuring, tracking time as well as social skills from working in a group setting and communicating with each other.Children also gain a sense of responsibility when given a task to complete and during the clean up process.
Along with all of the educational opportunities that are involved with cooking in the classroom, it also brings a sense of excitement and fun to learning. Who wouldn't love to cook and learn!
