Teamwork was nearly impossible with virtual learning, so I wanted to emphasize working on that skill with the Breakout EDU kit. This will allow students to take what they have learned throughout the school year and mix it with fun, engaging teamwork exercises that require them to be more hands on than they have been in a long time.
By being back in person now, I want my students to be able to experience what they couldn't online. No longer will I have to use a website to explain circuits or have them complete Google Form after Google Form. I would be able to have centers where students could work together to build their own circuits or work together to solve problems in all subject areas using the breakout kit. And I'll be able to use the laminator for longevity and easy cleaning of instructions and paper materials used with these products.
