This project will give my students a variety of text and these books will enhance our current reading center. By having assess to these books, students will have more opportunities to read and take accelerated reading assessments so we can meet our goal. Reading these books will also aide in developing more fluent readers. With the new literacy act, it is very important that students are reading at or above their grade level. These books will help meet these reading expectations. The ultimate goal is to create life-long readers.

About my class
