Currently, I have 6 video production classes and most of what we are able to buy comes from donors like you and grants that I fill out. The students in these classes learn so much about working in groups, planning their stories, creating original ideas, and I don't want the equipment to stop them from telling their stories. In our class, we shoot short films, PSA's, commercials, promos, and even work with the community and school district to create videos!
I truly believe that what my students are learning in my video classes are making an impact in their lives and the lives of those around them.
We tackle all kinds of topics that high schoolers encounter and bring light to issues that we don't always hear about! Currently, we are operating on some older DSLR cameras and they are starting to fail and we just don't have all the money to upgrade.
So please consider helping out the HMG crew with creating the next level of content for our audience locally and everywhere else!
