This item will be an asset not only to my students but to all future students. It is essential that students start to create their own pieces of art on a weekly basis. Once they finish their work, they are eager to go home and show it to their parents but sometimes does not make it in one piece. My students learn based on centers which for the most part are activities I hand make or print.
Preserving and protecting works of art and memories that will last forever.
I teach too fabulous groups of students, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. It has happened that when my afternoon group goes to centers one piece is crumbled or torn in half. Preserving activities will enhance my students independent work, as they will be able to continue using the same activities for the time needed in their centers. My students are developing their self-esteem and I would like to keep on helping them to be proud of the work they complete in school by conserving their projects to go exhibit them outside the classroom. Even though I am laminating at a store it is time consuming and I have to leave campus or do it during personal time, I feel that having a laminator machine will help me save time to come up with more activities for my students.
