Have you ever wanted to step back in history and experience what life was like for the pilgrims and Native Americans? We want to make this happen for our students. Plimoth Plantation, in eastern Massachusetts, is a one-of-a-kind museum that helps bring history to life. Here, students interact with people playing the roles of the English settlers and the Wampanoag. All of the buildings are authentic to the time period, as is the replica of the Mayflower students visit. Students will have the opportunity to touch Wampanoag artifacts and animal furs and may play a traditional Wampanoag game. We want to provide our students with this hands-on, engaging, and immersive experience to help them build upon the learning they have already done in the classroom.
