Since there is a gap of no physical building of robots from the prior year these tools- needle nose pliers, sand paper, etc. will allow students to build their robots. My students will benefit directly as a result by being able to use the tools to build their robot and make it ready for competition. These tools will be used at school.
The project will increase their ability to understand the engineering process. These competitions with their robots increase many skills such as communication, problem solving, critical thinking, leadership and life long learners.
