These items will help the students have more variety in their workout. They will get the students motivated to participated and learn that fitness is beneficial. The students like to use the weight room, but are limited in the exercises they can do because of the equipment that is not up to par. This project will allow the students to perform new exercises, target more muscles, and allow them to be into fitness rather than run away. Athletes in this school also use this weight room and we want to provide more for those student athletes to compete at a high level within the district.

About my class
