We are looking to purchase external hard drives to preserve band files. In the past year we have had a laptop crash and take files with it. We need three 8 terabyte hard drives, one to keep at the middle school, one to remain at the high school and one for backup. These files contain information to help me continue to create fresh, new creative shows and to keep tabs on what music we have on hand and what needs to be ordered. We save projects, handed in, that students may need to be referenced in recommendation letters and for college applications.
