I would like for each of my students to have their own set of headphones to promote individualized learning in the classroom. These headphones would minimize distractions and promote focus during Dreambox math time on iPads and promote fluency as students listen to books read aloud in the Listen to Reading Literacy Station.
The majority of my students do not have their own headphones, and our headphone supply from previous years does not provide enough headphones for our larger class size. Having a class set of headphones would increase focus and promote individualized learning and independence with technology use. It would also teach responsibility as students would keep headphones in their cubbies.
