The supplies I am asking for are to address the dire need to properly reach students virtually. As we enter this new and unknown school year in the midst of COVID, the arts are becoming an important outlet to reach kids emotionally and comfort them in ways that only the arts can do. With your help I will use the Wacom drawing tablet to draw with my kids virtually and be able to show them countless drawings without being limited with using only paper. If I receive the monitor, it will help me to monitor my kids in one screen and see them clearly with better visuals. The current school monitor I use is outdated. Then lastly the wireless mouse and keyboard well help me to be more effective and work in comfort, because I am teaching virtually 8 hours a day and will offer less strain on my wrists.
The power of drawing will open new doors for my students to nurture their creativity through a really trying year in the midst of COVID-19.
