Our 5th, 6th, and 7th graders love our daily read aloud time. We are currently half-way through our novel study on Wonder. Our next novel study will focus on Hatchet. Our students all learn and process in different ways. For some students, just listening to their teacher read aloud works best. For others, they need to be able to read it for themselves. They would all greatly benefit from being able to follow along while we鈥檙e reading, which is something we are not been able to do without having two full class sets of the book when we do a novel study.
