As a PreK classroom we use art materials in every center on a daily basis. We make sure that that all of our centers, not just art, have markers, glue, ink pads, and construction paper. The art materials are used to create books, posters, and maps. With art materials, students can use their imagination and create all throughout the day. Our curriculum is divided up into 8 themes. Some themes are family, community, animals, nature, and imagination. In addition to using art materials in all centers, we plan theme-based art projects on a daily basis for our students. We hope you can help us to continue to grow and use our imagination!
