As we begin the school year virtually, these materials will be used during both direct and independent instruction. Students will be able to follow along at home with tactile and hands-on learning. By using the composition books and magnetic letters, students can remain engaged in language arts. By providing dice, counters, and ten frames, students can develop tactile number sense during math instruction. As we transition back to learning in the classroom using new safety guidelines, students can bring their kits to school to minimize contact of shared materials. I cannot wait to use these new kits to foster a love of learning!
