The LEGO train will help my students apply their love for trains to understanding coding. We have time everyday for free play, and this will help start to understand the basics behind coding in a way that is fun and accessible. When they get to the older grades in our school, they will be able to take coding classes, so catching the bug early will make them excited for the grades ahead. Literacy is so important, especially in the early grades. The leveled books will make reading fun, accessible and exciting for my students. Thank you so much for considering donating to my project!
