In a growing global community, the third-graders of Ripon, Wisconsin, need exposure and experience with 21st-century technology. A smart TV is a fantastic educational tool that can unlock so many doors for our students!
Smart TVs provide students with opportunities to expand their exploration of the world within and BEYOND Ripon. It allows students to collaborate in new ways that will help one another learn. It promotes digital literacy and competency with access to endless applications, digital media, and educational material.
Smart TVs help teachers to deliver and emphasize learning objectives, standards, and tasks associated with lessons. Such a visual representation helps students to understand and to focus on their learning goals, leading to higher-level achievement. Visuals of routines and schedules help students remain focused and on-task. The visual and auditory aspect of the smart TV reaches learners with unique and special learning needs.
