Please consider donating these items for my classroom! The items I would like to buy for my students are for them to complete more hands-on projects that will increase their independence and ability to try new things! These items will increase student motivation and exploratory learning which my students benefit from.
We are requesting magnetic letters and numbers, work organizers, sensory sand, dot painters beads and pipe stems. The majority of these items are sensory related as my students have sensory needs. These items will also allow them to practice fine motor tasks which will help them as they get older. Examples include tying their shoes, zipping the zipper on their jackets. The beads I requested and pipe stems will encourage these tasks.
I also would like the students to have more manipulatives to learn their numbers and letters. These are beneficial skills for their entire lives.
