Brennen School is a public school program for students with autism spectrum disorder within the Christina School District. The program provides educational services to students with autism between 2 and 21 years of age. They emphasize direct teaching in community and natural environments, guided by the techniques of applied behavior analysis.
My classroom specifically has 5 boys in 2nd grade who have emerging social skills. They are all learning how to properly engage with others around the school building.
