I am a first year special education teacher in a low income area and I am wanting to provide my students with a comfortable and fun learning environment. I chose flexible seating and these books to get my students more involved in reading and to really fall in love with books. Flexible seating is a great way for student's to feel comfortable and more at ease in my classroom. I chose multiple seating so I have something comfortable for each of my students. The books are some of the books that my student's are interested in reading.
With reading and the flexible seating, I will be able to provide my students a more comfortable and unique way of learning. Teaching in a low income area I am providing different outlooks on learning that my students may not otherwise be introduced to.
I chose a couple different sets of books that I knew my students would really enjoy. I am hoping to get all my students to fall in love with reading. With these new book sets I am able to provide my students with different books that will help introduce them in the world of reading
