I am creating a sensory corner for my students in my special education classroom. I want them to have a place where they can not only learn but they can use their coping skills to learn. They will have an environment that is best for their learning. I am excited for them to have a carpeted area to go to with fun things for them to do like play with kinetic sand. They can also sit on the ball chairs providing them alternative seating and helping with balance. They will be able to use a dry erase board to help them learn. they will be able to use a writing tool that is geared towards technology.
