These materials will be used daily and cannot be replaced. The students will be grouped and will learn math through self discovery with the intent of learning through failure! I want my students to try and try again until they succeed, these materials will make that self discovery learning possible! My lessons are centered around the students basic need of understanding, not around how I want the students to learn. Some of the items needed for self discovery in my class are the personal dry erase boards and dry erase markers so that each student may have the opportunity to work on the mini white boards and erase quickly to move on to another problem! I want my students to lead me through the lesson by being able to communicate with me what they know and don鈥檛 know. Struggling in math is okay, but what is not okay is not giving your best effort. This project will give each of my students a better chance at success by providing them the resources needed to both fail and succeed by trying and trying again!
