My students are all Title 1 and ESOL learners as well. The laptop will help to create lessons and allow the ESOL students to learn in both languages in small groups. Being able to do this will help with language barriers and create more successful learners. The rest would be to help them with their learning environment. My decor is ripped and outdated. This is only my second year teaching math and I am responsible for buying all my own math manipulatives and things to help my students learn. Last year, they struggled with multiplication and division. With the two hands-on Multiplication and Division Kits, I can use these in my small group lessons that I need to do each day. After teaching a lesson on Multiplication the students will be able to use these tools to build these much-needed skills in both areas. They will be using them independently so to build on these skills. These tools will help me to push them. The majority of my students will come to school on the first day with no supplies. I will go and buy them but it is difficult.
