Our math class is moving to a block schedule, so we will have 84 minutes of math per day, which I am very excited about.
My students often ask if they may stand at our counter to complete their work. The problem is that the counter is too low for my students, and it faces the wall, so they cannot see the whiteboard.
I would love for them to be able to stand, while a having a place to keep their supplies, and actively participate in class.
Having a choice addresses the need to offer flexible seating in my classroom.
