All of our students want to be able to learn through play during their lives. Students will have the opportunity to read engaging books to further their knowledge without having to climb on furniture or search for a book. The shelf will be right their for easy access. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy. Students will use the pretend items to help with their life skills development.
Using your imagination is essential to childhood development. The items will help with students social, emotional and cognitive development. The dramatic play/ pretend center aids in higher level thinking skills, oral language development, proper engagement, problem solving and an abundance of other skills necessary in childhood.
