My students need more seating options that are more comfortable and flexible.
My Kindergarten students come to school excited and ready to learn! Just like adults, they get tired of sitting in hard classroom chairs all day. Some of my students may be antsy of using these chairs. Studies show that students learn better when they are comfortable. So this year, I have provided taller tables, shorter tables, and student desks to allow for alternative seating for all students.
They need more flexible/comfortable seating options to enhance student engagement and learning.
This project would provide stools and wobble chairs as a seating option during the school day. Flexible seating would significantly help my students stay engaged in our learning throughout the day. I am excited to offer seating alternatives to the students.
