This material is going to change the entire lessons for my students because our projector is always very blurry and we have to shut the blinds and turn off all the lights to see what's on the screen. Having this new projector is the equivalent of a person getting new glasses with their perfect prescription. Majority of my lessons are taught using my document camera and projector. Students engage with the lessons that are projected from reading the text, underling information, observing photographs and coming up to solve problems under the projector. My students will no longer have to struggle and focus on seeing what is on the board and can focus on the main task.
There are many lessons where my students have to look at different photographs and record what they notice and wonder. However, they can not take the time to enjoy the picture because they cannot see the details, again the screen is extremely blurry.
The new projector will make this type of lesson so much more engaging. Again, all we want is a clear view!
