These materials will help me create a positive reward system in my classroom that will help boost my students' social, emotional, and mental well being as they continue to transition back to face to face learning in the classroom. Students have had a very difficult time readjusting to in person learning. Not only do they have to behave accordingly - they have to remember how to socialize and create personal relationships with their peers. These materials will be used as rewards to help boost positive interactions among my students. As a classroom community - we have to investigate the importance of accepting the similarities and differences of self and others as it relates to personal, community and environmental health. (NV 1.PCE.5.3)
