Most people under the age of 25 have no idea what it is like to live without a computer in their lives. One might even think, is that even possible in this day and age? Well, imagine going to school and having no technology at your fingertips. I work with students with special needs and would love for them to be able to work on programs that require the Internet. Right now I have one desktop in my room which means that students have to wait to take their turn on the computer. If there was more than one computer in my room, then I would be able to have centers going while the students work in cooperative groups.
