These materials will encourage students to use their problem solving skills. Students will naturally use the scientific method as they manipulate the pieces to figure out how to make the materials work.
Students will work cooperatively as they play with the materials and figure out problem solving skills.
Students will learn how to collect data by measuring distance, weight, and materials used in experiments.
Students will draw pictures of the experiments. Students will document results by photographing and making videos of the experiments. We will complete a documentation board of how we gained knowledge about movement, force, and distance.
We will use books, videos, and online research to help us become good scientists.
