A variety of books will help students improve their vocabulary, language, and literacy skills. Students must know how to read in order to be successful in life. When students have time for independent reading, they will be able to browse the books. Students will not have to say, "Teacher, what word is this" because now they can read along with the cds. It will make them more confident with reading and vocabulary. With different kinds of books it will help them develop reading skills along with science. These books will also help to grow their imagination. Then, they will be able to retell the story and write about what they read.
