My students will be using these materials to play with each other and learn how to use their words, build respect, and work together. They will use these materials to also learn about various math skills and reading skills. I will be using dominos to teach about number basics, place value, multiplication and division. I will be using the books to refresh out library little by little.
These students will use these materials to stay engaged in learning and hopefully spark their reason to come to school every day. I will be using the board games for Social Emotional Learning times, indoor recess, and when the class has earned a class game. Its just as important for students to be social and play with one another as it is to learn.
There are also prizes and incentives to build up classroom management and behavior.
