My project is to supply the art room with tools to bring a wider range of artistic opportunities to the students at my school. We were lucky enough to receive basic school supplies from the community and with the small budget that we had at the beginning of the year. However, there is more to art than pencils, crayons, and paper so I am looking to for additional supplies to supplement our other supplies.
Some of the supplies I am hoping to buy are balloons, straws, tacks, quilling tools to expose my students to 3D art options. I am hoping to make paper machete globes, hollow yarn balls with the balloons, string art with the tacks, and teach weaving with the straws. We have a wonderful supply of yarn and I am would like to have different options on how to use that yarn.
