I would like my students to learn how to use real scientific equipment, so they are able to gain new skills and take ownership of their experiments. With these two pieces of equipment, my students will be able to many more labs, and will be excited to do more.
Students tend to gravitate towards labs that use equipment they are not familiar with, and I would like to expand on their curiosity.
Students will be able to run reactions quickly which enables them to do more inquiry based trials rather than "cookie cutter" labs.
