After work is complete, my students look forward to and enjoy choosing one of the classroom centers available to them. With 21 students, some of the free-choice activities become too crowded and unavailable to everyone who wants to join in. The items in this project will give every student an opportunity to engage in meaningful, creative and imaginative play.
This project will give more of my students a chance to build, create and engage in meaningful play.
I have chosen some of the more popular exploration activity items such as marble mazes, Play Dough, waffle blocks and LEGOs, as well as a wooden pretend farm and plastic animal figures.
