My kids are having a difficult time counting money. I use dry erase boards to work with a small group in counting money. I have to constantly purchase markers and it gets expensive.
The boogie boards will not only help my kids have fun while learning about financial literacy but they will practice counting coins drawn on their boogie board. I plan to draw the coins with initials like p, n, d, or q. I will make random combinations and students have to count coins. Once they show the correct answer they can erase by pressing one button and quickly will be ready to review some more with boards.
