At Desert Oasis High School, we are always looking to improve our students academically and physically. One NVAC standard that is a primary priority is NVAC 1.12.1 Demonstrate proficiency in multiple movement forms in physical activities. With this equipment we will surpass the standards above in our strength and conditioning weight room. Our students will be able to safely target their core and I will be able to scale lifts to different ability and fitness levels of each student. This is important for each student to grow at their own pace.
