I'm requesting these math activities to help students learn math concepts with hands on activities especially during their center time.
I teach such amazing students from all different backgrounds and cultures. I feel like my classroom is a melting pot of the world. They learn in many different ways and they are on so many levels. With the items I'm asking for, each of these students will have opportunities to learn and reinforce what has been taught throughout the year.
The fraction puzzles will help students see with their eyes that certain fractions are smaller even though the denominator is bigger. The multiplication games will challenge students who are ready to move on because they got it. That gives me more time with the struggling students.
I know that these items will excite and encourage my students!
