By donating to my project, you will help to improve and enhance student engagement while students are learning Nevada Academic Content Standards. These materials will reinforce student academic achievement which will help close academic gaps from distance learning.
My students will use SuperScience magazine and TIME For Kids magazine to reinforce science and social studies standards being taught in my classroom. Reinforcing these activities will be a building block to our future social studies and science activities. Knowing that math and science standards build upon one another, these extra games and supplies will give my students a great way to review and build upon what they already know.
I want my students to remember their 5th-grade year while focusing on academic learning. Reading about real-world events, playing academic games, and using resources to increase engagement are all part of this project.
This is the end of their elementary school time and I am so grateful for building memories while engaging my students. I want these activities to be something that these students will remember for years to come.
