By receiving this printer, paper and toner, my students will be able to print materials needed in class. Students will have the opportunity to have printed materials at their fingertips. We do use online sites to post many assignments, but having the paper in hand is so much easier. Have you ever tried to read the coordinates off of a graph on a cell phone? It's not easy! Due to being a low wealth area, many of our students don't even have a smartphones to complete their assignments. Many do not have computers and printers at home either. Worksheets and missing notes can easily be printed. Examples and extra practice for the struggling student would be readily available.
