My students have been asking for some hands-on activities that will allow them to create, design, and program and the LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 fits the bill. Students have been learning about the Engineering Design Process and are ready to challenge their creativity.
With the purchase of these LEGO MINDSTORM EV3 kits, I hope to expose students to technology that will help them develop 21st century skills. Students will have an opportunity to design and build robots that they can program to perform tasks. Even if their creations don't work the first time, students will learn that there is learning through failure.
