Having these hands on speech materials will help my students to engage all of their senses. Having materials that they are able to see, hold, and manipulate will get them excited about learning. They will travel through classrooms, schools, and my speech room. Having options to choose from keeps each lesson fresh, exciting, and engaging for students of all levels. When using these materials my students will identify objects, label items, ask and answer questions, request, dig in sensory bins, sequence stories, and participate in endless language opportunities. These items will be used in many ways, with many different children. The opportunities for language and communication are endless!
