My students need a class set of 35 nRF24L01s, their breakout adapter wireless modules, micro-controllers, and other wiring materials so they can learn how to program a wireless device along with an Arduino microcontroller and use these devices for wireless applications to their other STEM projects.
I have chosen this project because it will give my students weeks and months of learning many valuable skills:
1) They will learn how electronics components work.
2) They will learn how to set up an external circuit using electronics components with sensors and control their circuit with an Arduino microcontroller
3) They will learn how to program an Arduino microcontroller and nRF24L01+ modules to control other physical objects wirelessly.
4) They will use these devices for wireless applications of their many other STEM projects.
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student STEM skills, you will ultimately help to prepare them for the 21st century鈥檚 high tech careers.
