Phonology cards help students through using minimal pairs. A phonological process is a process that a child uses to simplify speech. There cards help the student realize that they are not producing the sound correctly and will help them realize the difference between the two sounds.
Brightly colored pictures will help the student learn, while giving them a laugh. They won't even realize they are learning, because they will be having fun looking at the pictures as well. These cards will help with the following common phonological processes:
Final Consonant Deletion
Fronting
Stridency Deletion
Stopping
Pre-Vocalic Voicing
Cluster Reduction - Marked
Cluster Reduction - Unmarked
Gliding
Initial Consonant Deletion
