My students come from low income homes and go to a Title One school. We do not have the funds to ensure that all the students have access to the technology that they need to be successful in the 21st century classroom. My students are curious and creative. I want my students to learn how to create their learning rather than just do as they are told. Learning today is about exploring and thinking outside the box. My goal is to provide my students with the tools to do this. These students love to learn and come to school excited and eager to see and learn new things. They are naturally inquisitive and I hope to support and nurture this quality.
