With Covid concerns and social distancing students are not able to have a full functioning Universal Access portion of the day. Traditionally during UA, students rotate from table to table encountering a different learning activity. Since my students can not rotate or share I would like to use these ELA learning tools during UA in a different way.
With the activities that are in this project and the ones I already have, there will be enough for students to use without the need to share that day. At the end of the day, I will sanitize for new students to use the next day during UA. So instead of students rotating from table to table, the learning activities will rotate each day.
Once the concern of covid is gone, I will still be able to successfully utilize these ELA learning activities by creating smaller UA groups to have more one-on-one time with the activity and myself during small groups. Thank you!
