My students visit me on a weekly basis for whole group lessons in the library, as well as throughout the week to check out new books. This flexible seating, which contains chairs and a sofa, will help my students feel more comfortable as they are reading which will hopefully foster a lifelong love for reading. My students range from beginning readers to proficient readers, and this cozy flexible seating will help them all feel more encouraged to get comfortable with a book and read. A huge part of my job is to foster a love of reading. Our students get excited when they come into the library and this flexible seating will help to encourage that love of reading even more.
